Haarp technology
(part 2)
The Atlantic Ocean   used an old United States navy which the size of gun is 16-inch (410 mm), 50 diameter gun (20 m); it was future extend up to 100 caliber (40 m) gun . In 1966 the project was start  third and final 16-inch gun at a new test site in the Yuma , Arizona On November 18, 1966 the Yuma gun fired a 400 lb (180 kg) Maltreat 2 projectile at 7,000 fit/s (2,100 m/s] sending it briefly in the  space and made  an height above sea level record of 180 km (590,000 fit; 110 mi); that world record still stands as of 2013.

And soon This program is canceled for short time after this and its possessions were transferred to Bull under the ownership of the  space research institute,  The politics of the vithem war  and this thing can Canada and United states. relations played their important role in the project's cancellation. This project  has received just over 10 million dollars during its lifetime.

When this project was canceled the gun remained on its localisation, And where it remains to this day, progressively decomposing away. A couple of used barrels and what seemed to be an unused barrel were also left there for using.
Bull's superficial goal was to fire a consignment  into space from a this advance gun, and many other peoples have suggested that the ballistics study was recommended simply to improvement funding. While the speed was not nearly enough to reach orbit (less than half of the 11,200 m/s deltev required to reach low earth orbit ), it was a major achievement at most the  lower cost than most ballistic missile programs.

This is said that Jules Verne chose a Supergun for the story he made because he can not that any person in the world can be  believe to his story  that a rocket could in reality take people to the Moon and to another planets .And this For years gun forward motion or momentum was considered the only theoretical means of launching vehicles into space, like rockets were still comparatively small and unsophisticated gunpowder-based devices. In the 1930's the first liquid propellant rockets has being take part in and gun forward motion momentum was soon throw away as a means of space launching.

And this (HARP)  High Altitude Research Program is totally  matchless in the history of the space  because it is the first gun or rocket can take the people to the another planets. And for this is the  first time in the history of space this is a serious challenge is  made to use cannons or bullets in place of rockets to discover earth's superior environment or atmosphere and this is first try to launch or set satellites in the space.

The starting theory or the story of this HARP project is a so long story and much interesting one which has been already detailed in many excellent books. And this work is do in advance as only a much history on the HARP project or program that hopefully will allow the reader that a deeper understanding of the individualities and events that affected the project. But Sorry to say that the scope of this work does not allow full acknowledgement  to be given to each and every person that participated in HARP - only the major personalities can be covered.
